Renegade Success Network - A Discernment Practice

Renegade Success Network:
A Time-Relief & Discernment Practice for Nonprofit Leaders in 2026

This is not about having “right” or “wrong” answers.
It’s about practicing how you decide when the answers aren’t clear — and your calendar is already full.

Most nonprofit leaders don’t lack insight.

They lack time.

Time to think without urgency deciding for them.
Time to notice patterns instead of reacting to the latest demand.
Time for insight to survive inside real meetings, real expectations, and real constraints.

The Renegade Success Network (RSN) exists to solve that problem first.

Why RSN Exists

After years of working with nonprofit leaders — and naming the Red Flags that keep them stuck — one pattern became impossible to ignore:

Leaders are overwhelmed not because they’re failing,
but because their time is already spoken for before discernment can happen.

Calendars fill quickly.
Meetings multiply.
Expectations return faster than clarity.

Urgency quietly becomes the decision-maker.

RSN was created to interrupt that cycle — not with more content or better advice, but by helping leaders create enough space for discernment to actually work.

Why Discernment Is Hard Alone

Discernment sounds like an internal practice — something leaders should be able to do on their own.

In reality, it breaks down quickly in isolation.

Without someone to probe, reflect, and gently challenge our thinking:

  • present pressure distorts judgment

  • overload starts to feel normal

  • insight surfaces but goes uncaptured

  • mindset replaces reality

RSN exists to provide not just space, but relational containment — a place where reflection can be named, examined, and held long enough to matter.

Not to tell you what to do.
Not to give you answers.
But to help you see what’s real before decisions harden.

What RSN Is

RSN is a lightweight, ongoing practice designed to reduce pressure before adding anything new.

Inside the Network, you’ll find:

  • A weekly reflection designed to replace noise — not add to it

  • Occasional small-group conversations that substitute for unproductive meetings

  • Quarterly reflective sessions (like Before We Plan, Before We Commit, and Before We Discern) that slow the year before commitments take over

  • Optional 15-minute Discernment Check-Ins (1:1) to help you get unstuck without solving everything

  • A network of leaders practicing clarity instead of isolation

If RSN feels like it’s adding to your plate, we’ve missed the point.

What RSN Is Not

RSN is not:

  • a productivity system

  • a leadership course

  • a constant community feed

  • a program you have to “keep up with”

It is intentionally designed to fit inside the leadership life you already have.

How the Practice Works

RSN operates as a 2026 practice, with intentional pauses for reflection and recommitment.

  • February–May: Open access (free)

  • May–December: $10/month or $50 for the remainder of the year

  • December: Collective reflection and decision about continuing into 2027

No auto-renew pressure.
No assumed obligation.

Discernment includes deciding when not to continue.

Optional: Monthly Discernment Check-Ins (1:1)

Members may schedule one optional 15-minute private check-in per month.

These are not coaching sessions.
They are not problem-solving meetings.

They are a pause.

One moment.
One decision.
Enough clarity to take the next step.

If deeper support is needed, that conversation can happen separately.

Who This Is For

RSN is for nonprofit leaders who:

  • feel time pressure deciding for them

  • want clarity without urgency

  • value reflection without evaluation

  • are tired of doing more just to feel responsible

If you’re looking for fast answers or loud solutions, this probably isn’t the right space.

If you’re looking for relief, clarity, and room to decide well, you’re welcome here.
